As the company continues to expand in Wales, H&H Insurance Brokers (HHIB), one of the largest, specialist independent insurance brokers in the UK, has announced the appointment of Hâf Rowley as Associate Director for Wales.
As a staff member who has worked tirelessly for the company for more than eight years, Hâf will be responsible for overseeing and growing the insurance business across North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire regions.
With over 20 years’ experience in the farming and rural insurance sector, most recently as Senior Area Development Manager for HHIB, this promotion recognises Hâf’s commitment to the business as well as identifying potential opportunities in this key region for the company.
A retired dairy farmer’s daughter, Hâf is very well known in the rural and farming community local to the Ruthin Auction Mart office where she is based and her skillset and expertise are integral to the ongoing expansion. As Associate Director, Hâf will be working with and managing the team to grow the business, the geographical area and promoting the wide portfolio of services.
On accepting the promotion Haf commented: “I am pleased to have been recognised for my hard work and I am eager to develop the account and potentially expand the team and the services we provide. This new role is an exciting opportunity to increase our presence and to support the region with their insurance needs. Many local businesses aren’t aware that we are based here at the Mart and when they meet with us they are astounded at the breadth of insurances we offer.”
“Moving forward, we will be raising our profile in the area by offering a more commercial route with insurance, focussing on tradespeople policies specifically for the one-man-band and SME’s, which is of course in addition to the existing farm and rural policies.”
H&H Insurance Brokers are well known in the rural community and offer independent advice on all aspects of rural and business insurances throughout the North of England, Scottish Borders, North Wales and Cheshire. They arrange a broad portfolio of insurances for farmers, agricultural contractors and many other businesses based within the countryside.
Acknowledging this promotion and Hâf’s ongoing contribution to HHIB, Paul Graham, Managing Director said: “We are delighted to recognise Hâf as an Associate Director, Wales as she has developed the business substantially over the past few years and with her drive and ambition, we look forward to continued successes for the business through the new products and services we are developing for customers.”
This announcement comes at a key time for the H&H Insurance Brokers as it continues to strengthen its presence and geographical coverage to become broker of choice for farming, agricultural and commercial businesses.
