First Aid Course for Farmers | Course Date: Thursday 25th May, two options: morning session and afternoon session

Cost: If you are a North Yorkshire farmer this is a part-funded course fee: £20 + £2.38 booking fee
(Normal cost: £100 + VAT)

Location: Skipton Auction Mart

This half-day course covers essential first-aid skills such as assessing a casualty, the correct recovery position, how to administer CPR and using an Automated External Defibrillator.

You will also learn about the treatment of crush injuries, amputation, impalement, and severe bleeding and is led by qualified health care professionals registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.

Participants will be presented with a certificate following completion of the course.

In partnership with H&H Safety, the First Aid for Farmers course is delivered by Farm and Forestry First Aid (F3A)

Numbers for each session will be capped at 12-15 participants.
