Client portal offers 24/7 access to documents

At H&H Insurance Brokers, we know that life isn’t always 9-5.

When you’ve got a business to run, animals to feed or children to look after, then finding time to deal with jobs such as getting a copy of an insurance certificate or your renewal schedule can be difficult.

That’s why we want to make life as easy as possible for our clients, so you can get on with the day-to-day business of running a farm or going to work.

Our client portal provides access to our clients’ documentation and policy information 24/7, and can be accessed via the H&H Insurance Brokers website using a passcode which is unique to the client.

Here you will find copies of your renewal schedule, insurance certificates, policy documents, invoices and other documents which may be relevant to your account.

If you need a motor certificate in a hurry, then you can download a copy from the secure portal. If you’re a tradesman who needs a copy of your public employers liability confirmation letter to show to a potential customer, then you’ll find that on the portal too.

The client portal is very much an enhancement to the current service we offer. You will still be able to access exactly the same information by giving us a call or visiting us in person.

This is an additional service for anyone who would like access to their documentation outside of our normal office hours.

If you’d rather not use the portal to access your documents, then that’s absolutely fine.

We see it as a great option to anyone who feels it would be useful.

If a customer hasn’t activated their client portal account, then they will need to contact us to advise and we will re-send the activation link to them on 01228 406290.

If we do not have your email address captured, then give us a call, we’ll record the email address and issue the activation link.  Once activated you can access securely 24/7 and have visibility of your documents, submit requests to change your policy.  Simple to access and user friendly!
