Chloe’s apprenticeship journey with H&H began back in December 2019, when she joined as an Apprentice Administrator. Since then, she’s progressed through multiple apprenticeships, completing her Cert CII, moving into a Trainee Account Handler, then Account Handler, and is now on her third apprenticeship, undertaking a Level 4 Sales course in her current role as a Broker. Her long-term goal is to become a Farm Account Executive.
One of the things Chloe has enjoyed most is the variety within her role and the opportunity to progress gradually, at her own pace, with ongoing support from colleagues across the business.
What’s surprised her most about working in insurance is just how varied each day can be - from helping a client with an online smallholders quote, to insuring a high-value bull, to making a simple change on a car policy. No two days are ever the same.
As her apprenticeship continues, Chloe is looking forward to continuing to build her professional skills, knowledge and confidence within the insurance sector, supported by the team around her.
Fun fact: Chloe loves walking in the Lake District with her collie, Roy, and helping out on the family farm. She also has her own herd of Dexter cattle, with two due to calf at the beginning of March!
We’re incredibly proud of Chloe’s progression and excited to see what she achieves next.
