Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our busy and friendly administrative team based in Carlisle.
The role will include:
- general administrative duties including production of accurate correspondence and documentation
- assisting the administration team in preparing insurance documents for clients
- handling general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the phone
- co-ordinating with the Account Executives and Account Handlers to ensure that client requests are actioned in a timely manner
- learning about the UK general insurance market
- undertaking the designated Insurance Apprenticeship programme
- successful completion of professional Insurance qualifications
The successful candidate will be computer literate, have the ability to communicate at all levels, be comfortable speaking to customers and have a confident approach to the role.
You will undertake a Business Administration apprenticeship with a designated training provider which is appropriate to your current qualifications as well as professional insurance qualifications. On the job training is provided to ensure all the required knowledge and experience is obtained throughout the apprenticeship to qualify successfully.
