Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be the backbone of our dynamic team. This is more than just an admin role - you’ll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly, ensuring our team can continue delivering top-notch service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything stays on track.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling essential administrative tasks to keep our office running efficiently
- Supporting the team and management with a range of day-to-day operations
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping data up to date
- Organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and distributing reports, documents, and presentations
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
