As your trusted advisor, we will always put our clients first and are committed to providing a first class, excellent customer service.   Our team aim to provide a personal and local service and are not a call centre, nor ever will be.  As a claims-led organisation, our dedicated claims department will act on your behalf throughout the claims process even challenging insurers to ensure their settlement is a fair one.

In addition, we recently won the 'Independent Broker of the Year' Award at the national Times Awards; these top industry awards recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation in general insurance across the UK.

Claims Team Leader
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Claims Team Leader to join our in-house claims team. Ideally based in our Carlisle office.

As well as the usual benefits you would expect from a well-established, forward-thinking employer, such as a competitive salary (based on experience), company pension with increased employer contribution based on service, training and personal development, free onsite parking and salary sacrifice schemes, we also offer an income protection policy and private healthcare benefits.

Our holiday allowance includes an extra day for each employee on their birthday and increases in accordance with service.
