H&H Insurance Brokers’ Head of Operations Kally Shane has been accepted on to a prestigious national training programme run by insurance giant Aviva.
The Future Leader Programme offers practical, business focused skills and experience to nurture leaders within the insurance industry.
Kally is one of only a handful of candidates to be selected for the course which receives applications from regional insurance brokers across the UK.
As part of the initiative, Kally will regularly visit Aviva’s offices in London for training with industry experts and leaders, and attend national conferences and events, alongside her role of managing H&H Insurance Brokers’ teams of account handlers, administrators and apprentices.
Kally said: “This is a fantastic opportunity which will help me develop my career and enhance my role at H&H Insurance Brokers on both an operational and strategic level.
“By learning from industry experts and working with colleagues and professionals from across the UK, I’ll gain a wider knowledge of the insurance sector and get a broader and deeper understanding of effective leadership.”
Kally, who is based at the Rosehill office, joined H&H Insurance Brokers as trainee account handler 13 years ago and has progressed through the company to become a key part of the firm’s leadership team.

Kally joined H&H Insurance Brokers in February 2010 and achieved her Certificate in Insurance two years later. She was promoted to Account Handler Supervisor in 2015, and was made Operations Manager in 2018 before moving to her current role as Head of Operations.
