NEW! Claims reporting process for Motor Insurance Policy Holders with H&H Insurance Brokers

At H&H Insurance Brokers we pride ourselves on delivering a first class service to our clients and to further enhance this, have teamed up with motor claims experts ALPS, to provide our clients with a FREE dedicated claims management service should they need to make a claim on their motor policy following a road traffic accident.

We recognise that when it comes to making a claim our clients require the best experience possible and we believe that by using ALPS to manage all the motor claims we have found a partner who will give our clients the right level of service when they need it most. ALPS share similar values to our own and so we feel this aspect of their service adds additional value to our own offering.

Who are ALPS?
Founded in 1998, ALPS specialise in Motor Claims Management plus a range of legal expenses products and services.   Thanks to the formation of ALPS Legal Practice, every step of the claims journey is handled under one roof. They understand that most clients like to be looked after by a dedicated team, without the need for the involvement of multiple providers.

What will ALPS do for our clients?
They will take all the relevant details, liaise with our client’s insurance company and all third parties involved, ensuring the claim is dealt with efficiently.   In addition, benefits include:

  • Calls answered within ten seconds without annoying touchtone menus
  • A dedicated claims handler who manages the claim from start to finish
  • Our clients can choose how ALPS communicate with them
  • Proactive updates on the progress of the claim

All our motor policyholders should shortly receive a letter and a useful booklet which includes all the necessary information in more detail together with an accident report form and a free key fob.

This new service doesn’t mean that we aren’t in touch with our clients – far from it!  We will have full access to Alp’s claims system  so we will always know how the claim is progressing and when the claim has been resolved.  Our clients can still of course report their claims directly into our team here at H&H Insurance Brokers if that’s the route they prefer but to ensure an even more efficient and quicker service they should report their motor claims direct to ALPS on 01260 241000.
