H&H Insurance Brokers has further invested in its support for clients with the announcement of the appointment of Keil Selby as a dedicated claims manager. Based in its Carlisle office, Keil’s key role is to assist customers through the claims process to make sure they have all the support that is needed at what is often a difficult time.
Previously an account handler with H&H Insurance Brokers Ltd, Keil has been promoted to this newly created position within the company. With over 12 years’ experience, Keil has an in-depth understanding of the industry and has held roles with leading Irish, American and Australian insurance claims divisions.
Commenting on his new position, Keil said: “This is an exciting new role for me, at a very exciting time for the company. We monitor claims very carefully and we know that 98% are paid quickly with little fuss. However, sometimes there are questions that need to be answered, and insurers often need regular chasing so that clients’ claims are settled thoroughly. Over many years the H&H business has developed a strong empathy with the rural sector, so we understand clients’ requirements better than most, and the importance of dealing with matters efficiently.
“Of course, this is only part of the insurance process and the entire team really do believe in going that extra mile for their clients. From the outset, they work very hard to avoid any subsequent issues further down the line. Sometimes, however, this is unavoidable; and should this be the case, a key part of my new role is to make the process as simple and easy as possible for our clients.”
H&H Insurance Brokers has gold status on Feefo customer feedback, with 4.75 positive response, and is also one of a select group of Brokers to have chartered Insurance Broker status. It has created this new position so that as a company it provides additional support to clients. This includes ensuring they have the best policy for their needs, the correct insurance value, and now the help and support to guarantee an efficient process when making a claim.
Giving further background, the company’s Operations Director Paul Graham said: “The formation of this new role within H&H Insurance Brokers allows us to provide maximum support for clients throughout their insurance claims process. As a company, customer service has always been a priority, this appointment is our way of taking customer service to the next level.”
