In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, we have made it easier for our farming clients to download the appropriate claim form as soon as possible following the event, to complete and send in for the attention of your nominated account manager. It is important to also advise us, via a quick telephone call during office hours on 01228 406290 or via email, that a claim is being made so we can look out for the form and process on your behalf.
You can either choose your insurance provider and select the correct and more comprehensive form to download/complete OR complete one of our own property/livestock insurance report forms and return to us.
Part of the claim process is for a Loss Adjuster to agree the correct settlement in line with your policy cover. H&H Insurance Brokers have worked for many years with Agrical, believing their expertise to be invaluable when dealing with this highly specialised area of claims.
We are required to inform you of the availability of Online Dispute Resolution platform to assist you if you are unable to resolve a complaint. However, this service will refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, so you may instead wish to contact them directly. More information is available on their website.
