Claims Manager Vacancy

To support the continued growth of our business, H&H Insurance Brokers are looking to recruit for the newly created position of Claims Manager at our Carlisle Office. As the Claims Manager, you will have operational responsibility for the company’s claims handling processes, working closely with clients, insurers and others. You will have claims management experience, ideally with all classes of commercial claims.

The role will cover:

  • Management of claims
  • Acting on behalf of our clients to ensure each claim is managed to agreed service standards
  • Liaising with Account Executive and Account Handler colleagues as required
  • Co-ordinating with the insurers, loss adjusters or loss assessors to ensure that client requests are actioned in a timely manner

The successful candidate will be computer literate, have good organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Insurance experience is essential as is progression towards professional qualifications.
